Coming Soon.....

Oh it has been a BUSY spring! I have been all over the lowcountry...in the mountains of NC...up to the the Rhode Island coast.. and back again. Amazing- but oh heavens busy. And typically the best evidence of that is my blog. Since getting clients access to their online galleries on time is my first priority, the blog can certainly at times suffer. But here is at least a small peak at a few of the many weddings I am working on right now! What a wonderful spring it has been- just gorgeous weddings. I am blessed with some of the very best clients. Enjoy a peak at what I've been up to!

I Do:Jonathan & Meg. William Aiken House. Charleston SC Weddings

Looking at images of this couple truly just makes me smile. There was so much joy on this wedding day. The way that Jon and Meg cherish each other is just so evident. Jon graduated from the Citadel and so these two planned a downtown Charleston wedding around tying the knot at the beautiful Summerall Chapel. The reception followed at the William Aiken House downtown. Instead of a photo booth for guests to remember the night by, a silhouette artist was brought in to cut portraits of guests for a special guest book. Such a cool idea! Every detail of the day just fell into place perfectly! Also I have to give some praise to the band- Loose Chain- wow. I have never worked with these talented folks at a wedding before- and I must say I was blown away. Hands down one of the best bands I have had the pleasure of working along side. Special thanks to Chelyse with Intrigue Design & Events for keeping the night flowing smoothly. Also to my talented friend and second shooter Carmen Ash for joining me on this special day. Enjoy some of my favorites!

I Do: Steve & Leslie, Kiawah Island SC Wedding Photography

These two college sweethearts were given quite a wedding gift on their big day. It appeared about an hour before their ceremony when the torrential rains of the day suddenly stopped and the sun absolutely burst forth from the clouds. Unbelievable. And if you planned a beach side wedding as they had- what a gift it was!!! I love it when everything can come together at the last minute! You will love the royal blue Leslie chose as her punch of color for her bridesmaids dresses and groomsmen ties. My camera loved it:). Some beautiful moments captured between these two from truly a gorgeous fun filled day out at The Sandcastle at Kiawah. A few great vendors worth recognizing- Three Little Birds for the catering (just as yummy as at the restaurant!). Also it was great getting to work with the band Permanent Vacation again- once more they didn't disappoint and kept the dance floor packed! Big shout out and special thanks to my assistants Andrea and Becky for all their help throughout the day! Enjoy some of my favorites!

I Do: Steve & Stacey, Old Wide Awake Plantation SC Wedding

After a few months off it is that time again...wedding season has begun. What a way to kick off the start of this year with Stacey and Steve's Old Wide Awake Plantation wedding. What an unbelievable venue! That mixed with a fun loving sweet couple= happy happy happy (yes- totally acceptable Duck Dynasty reference). My talented friend Melissa with Suggs Photography made the trip down to offer her rediculous skills second shooting. So many unbelievable vendors that truly deserve recognition. Wildflowers for the gorgeous floral decor...Duvall Catering for their delicious food. And then two folks that deserve some serious praise in my book- Mike Winship for running such a smooth wedding day (as always)! And then Stacey's sister...for serving as MOH after giving birth to a baby six days prior (um yes seriously). Ok now on to some of my favorite images! Enjoy!!
