Announcing Austin Part 2 :)

So maybe I should start this post with a warning....to all of you ladies out there (hey maybe guys too?) if you are battling baby fever you may not want to view these images. I mean if this little guy doesn't just make your heart melt I don't know what will.  A little bundle of perfection he is. At only 11 days old he was so expressive at our shoot. Lauren and Cameron are so excited to have been given such a gift...and their little girl Taylor is enjoying being a big sis. I'm going to just let you enjoy the photos now. Priceless memories from such a precious time.

We will start with one that just makes me smile

I could narrate this one below in so many ways...I couldn't help but blog it...

Taylor looks so curious...she knows she loves him, but he is still kind of a mystery.

This rarely ever happens for me at a newborn session...

Cameron has baby blues too...but I mean if there was any doubt- I think it's clear- these came from Lauren!

Announcing Austin

I am still sorting and editing Austin's images. But I had to share these two. My sweet friend Lauren and her husband Cameron just welcomed their second little one into the world and he is beyong precious. What a joy to capture him at such an early stage. More to come soon!

E Session: Adam & Mallory. Charleston, SC

I am doing all I can to stay indoors today. Heat index of like 110 outside- are you kidding me? As I have been sorting and editing the images from my shoot with Mallory and Adam I am sooo very thankful that we beat this heat wave! It was still warm but we weren't sweating like crazy. It was a gorgeous night- I got to witness the most beautiful sunset out on the beach during their e-session. Just awesome! So a little about these two- Mallory is a recent grad of Clemson. She met Adam at SPAWAR where they both now work as engineers. I tease them that this makes them mysterious because no one really knows what goes on exactly at SPAWAR...only that it's top secret :).  They both love Charleston so much that it wasn't even a question that they would have their October wedding here. I so enjoyed working with these two- so very easy going and happy to try anything...makes my job so much fun! Enjoy some of my favorites from their e-session!

I have to say some of these on the beach at the end I am in love with...                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            love love love

I Do: Bill & Lindsey, St. Simons Island, GA

I am blogging from the road today...enjoying a little time away! So excited to share with you Bill and Lindsey's gorgeous St. Simons Island wedding. It really was a treat for Melissa and I to travel down to Georgia and be with this sweet couple. I don't think I have to tell you about the love that exists between them- you can literally witness it for yourself. It is so so evident. Bill's face as Lindsey walked down the aisle- just total adoration. This was a wedding that wasn't about the food...the decorations...the dress...it really was all about the couple. Lindsey was just so excited to marry Bill! I asked her ahead of time about any special "details" that she was excited about or any must have images from the reception...and she really was just most excited about marrying Bill. That was it. Nothing wrong there! So enjoy this sweet, thoughtful, and down to earth couple. Here are some of our favorites!

Melissa met the guys over by the pier for their photos...I love love love these! This lighthouse shot is probably one of my favorites!

I love the images from the golf course at the reception! So much fun!

Hope Jamaica was wonderful! Thanks for sharing your memories!
