Growing Up: Hayden is 2!

I can't believe Hayden is two. Hayden is officially my first "client" (who is not old enough to know what a "client" is) that I have followed and documented for a whole year! Hayden and his sweet family hold a special place in my heart because they found me when my business was just getting off the ground. I love capturing Hayden's personality. Oh he is all boy! He just wants to go and run and play and do, and oh how he adores his Mom and Dad! Enjoy some of my favorites from our last session.

Did I mention Hayden is going to be a big brother! How exciting!

Newborn: Leighton

I was so excited to capture Leighton's first photo debut. I met her parents Alex and Matt at their "Just Because" shoot about 9 months earlier when they had just learned they were expecting! Leighton was so good for our shoot. Alex provided me with the most perfect tu-tu that Leighton looked absolutely precious in! Bowman: 6 Months!

Last time I saw Bowman she was rolling around on her tummy but didn't quite have the strength to sit up. At 6 months she is a bundle of joy and energy and has that sitting up thing down! She smiled and smiled during our session. Bailey and Jason met me in Rock Hill for Bowman's 6 month shoot. I just love some of the moments captured from the day. I will call this- the many faces of Bowman! Enjoy some of my favorites. The last one is probably my favorite...but it's hard to say- I kind like them all!

  

Olivia: 18 Months!

I hadn't seen Olivia since her 1 year shoot- and boy has she grown! I love that part of my job, getting to watch little ones grow and change. I met Mandy and Steven and their sweet family pup in Rock Hill for Olivia's shoot. It was actually a pretty sunny day for February! We managed to get a few smiles from Olivia. She was having a pretty tough day. My mother reminded me that one of her family's favorite photos of her as a baby was from a photo session where she would do nothing but cry- it is still in a frame on the wall to this day! So I am hoping Mandy and Steven will look back on some of these tears and be able to laugh as well! Looking forward to Olivia's two year pics- I know she is due for a lot of big smiles!
