I Do: M & N. Spring Island, SC Wedding Photography

This post will look a little different than most. This couple wanted a very intimate very private event on Spring Island. In respect for their privacy I won't be sharing their faces or names. However the most amazing details from their gorgeous wedding we just had to show you! The talented Ashley Rhodes really pulled together an amazing affair....vintage china plates, gorgeous hanging lanterns, the coolest tent flooring I have ever seen- jute rug covering the whole thing! Oh it was beautiful indeed complete with gorgeous custom lighting. There were pashmina wraps for when guests got cold, a candy bar, and perhaps the yummiest cupcakes I have ever tasted. The ceremony was held underneath the canopy of the draping oak trees by the statue of St Francis Assisi. Guests were then lead by the Voices of Deliverance gospel choir down the avenue of the oaks to the cocktail hour inside the Tabby Ruins, before heading over to the big tent for quite a party. Enjoy the sneak peak into this unbelievable day.

I Do: Cory & Jessica. Greenville, SC Wedding Photographers

We love shooting in Greenville, SC. Such a cool downtown scene and really neat reception venues. I was so excited when Jessica called about their October wedding there. The dynamic duo of Melissa and Graham traveled to document their very special day. Cory and Jessica tied the knot inside Cory's church which is an absolutely gorgeous ornate Greek Orthodox church.  Given the late ceremony time, they decided they wanted to do a "first look" ahead of time for their photos. Such a sweet time! These two know how to have fun together and throw one heck of a party. These reception shots are just a glimpse into what an awesome time it really was. Enjoy some of our favorites!

Trash the Dress: Luke & Charissa

A fabulous petticoat, paint and purple heels- yes this is sure to be fabulous. Where do I begin with these two? Luke and Charissa are an awesome pair. They totally compliment one another, and life with them is just plain fun. Charissa and I first discussed the idea of a trash the dress session months ago after they tied the knot in August. Little did we know at the time that a few months later Charissa would become the newest employee of Erin Sage Photography. Lucky me! I get to work beside one of the most fun people I know everyday.  We dreamed up something pretty special and pretty perfect for their trash the dress session. It's just so them. It helps that Charissa and Luke are both ridiculously photogenic- oh I love these. I hope you enjoy looking at these as much as I enjoyed taking them!

Family Time: The Lancaster's. Beaufort, SC

Ok I should warn you now- these two little girls will surely melt your heart. Oh my goodness the adorable expressions and faces they made during our session had me smiling sorting through them all! So first let me tell you how this family found me- Nick's sister Meredith has referred me to like 5 brides and is a "regular" at weddings I shoot :).  So she has really wanted her sweet brother and sister-in-law to have a family session with their precious identical twins. This was an adventure- chasing two 16 month olds around! Thankfully my amazing husband joined me and was enormously helpful. So Nick and Chelsy's little ones Addison and Kadence really are identical. I mean they look just alike and I must admit in half of their photos I have no idea who is who! Seriously hats off to Nick and Chelsy for keeping two little ones clothing and feeding schedules straight! We met for their session at the old Sheldon Church outside Yemassee. It's where Nick and Chelsy got married so it truly meant a lot to them. Enjoy some of my favorites from our time together.
