I Do: Rick & Jen, Camden, South Carolina

I have been seeing Rick and Jen at weddings for almost two years now, and I could not have been more delighted for it to be their turn at last! Jen has referred so many wonderful clients my way over the years! So, to start this story, rewind with me almost ten years (yikes that seems like a long time!). Jen would stand guard in front of me on the soccer field as I did my best to block any balls from making it into the goal for our high school soccer team. That was where we met and became friends. Years passed, we both went off to college and pursued careers, and then through photography and weddings we reconnected. Along the way, she met Rick. She fell hard and fast for this lawyer-to-be who happened to love the outdoors, boating, and all things southern (just as she did.) It seemed perfect and clearly he agreed, as he didn't let the moss grow under his feet to ask Jen to be his bride! The ceremony was at Jen's parents home church in Camden with a reception to follow downtown at the coolest old brick loft venue. Great decor, great food and a band that kept the dance floor packed awaited us there.  A really fabulous day all around with images that just make me smile. Enjoy the sneak peek filled with fabulous gold dresses, pink accents, and a southern style grits send-off!
